What we offer:

Carpenters’ Yard offers nine purpose-built studios in a range of sizes, each designed to meet the needs of today’s working artists. All studios are fitted with modern insulation, upgraded electrical systems, and compliant safety features providing a professional, secure, and comfortable working environment year-round. Located within a growing heritage and creative destination, the studios will be open to the public at select times, encouraging community engagement and making Carpenters’ Yard a welcoming stop for visitors exploring the Priddy’s Hard waterfront.

Structure + Pricing

Larger studios can be shared, and we welcome artists who want to split costs and manage the space together within reason (we’ll work with you to make sure the number of users remains practical).

This is a great option for those not ready to commit to a full-time studio. As your practice grows, there’s also the opportunity to move into a larger space when one becomes available.
